When you have an outstanding balance owed to one of our clients, you will have many options available to you:

  • Clear the account in full
  • Set up a Personal Payment Plan and pay in instalments
  • Make a one off payment

If you do not respond to our letters, we may be instructed to take legal action against you. The best way to avoid this is to contact us.

There are organisations that can offer you free financial advice or guidance; some of them are listed below.

  • PayPlan - offer free debt advice by phone, email and live chat making it quick and easy for you to get back in control of your money.
  • StepChange Debt Charity - Can work closely with you and will give you advice on your debt situation. You can phone them on: 0800 138 1111.
  • Citizens Advice Bureau - Individual branches can help you with legal, financial and other problems.
  • Money Helper - Free and impartial money advice, set up by the government.
  • National Debtline - Gives options to people with debt.

Here are some free independent advice and support sources who can help whilst we work with you:

  • Samaritans – providing confidential and emotional support if you are having a difficult time
  • Mind – providing support to anyone experiencing mental health problems
  • Cruse Bereavement Care – providing emotional support to anyone affected by bereavement  
  • Refuge – providing support to women and children who experience all forms of violence and abuse

If you would like to nominate an individual or organisation to be able to discuss your account with us on your behalf, then please complete the Authority Form. We are more than happy to do this. To protect your personal data we are required to obtain some information from you regarding your nominated third party which may include their name, address, relationship to you, telephone number and email address.

To ensure that you can afford any repayment, it is helpful to have an up to date picture of your current financial situation to ensure your affordability. Please complete this Income & Expenditure Form and send it to us.
